The Subject Was Roses

August 23, 2007

Hi there! I’m in another show, and I think this one is really pretty good. It’s called The Subject Was Roses, and it’s at The Country Playhouse, out in Town and Country Village. (Map) Here’s the schedule:

The Subject Was Roses

By Frank D. Gilroy
Directed by Barbara Lasater

Starring:
Lisa Schofield
Bob Maddox
Raygan Kelly

Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 PM
August 24th through September 8th, 2007

Here’s the page on it on Artshound.

Tickets are $10. They may have student prices, I’m not sure. I’m also not sure if I get comps, or how many, but I’ll find out soon, so feel free to ask me about it if you want to come but need comps.

A note on finding the theater:
I don’t recommend following the directions Google Maps offers due to construction. The easiest way I have found to get there seems to be to take Memorial all the way out to Beltway 8 and take a right at the feeder road. Go about three blocks until you see a smallish street on your right called Queensbury. Take a right there, and go straight until you see the theater on your right.
